If you lose a pick inside of an acoustic guitar, flip it so the neck is down and the pick goes to the top of the body, and slip a sheet of folded paper between the D and the G strings, with the fold opening in the direction of the neck. Hold onto the end of the paper. Carefully flip your guitar back over. The pick should land right in the crease of the paper. Pull it out. Rejoice.
I have to keep them super short. And when they are a little longer than they should be, they grow crooked because I’ve been playing since I was twelve.
